The hotel's tropical gardens were simply enchanting, boasting vibrant flowers and lush greenery that made every stroll feel like a mini-vacation. The paths were even wide enough for my walker, ensuring comfort and ease during my explorations.
More shaded seating areas are needed by the pool.

We enjoyed the proximity to PortAventura Park. Access to the park was seamless, letting us easily hop in and out. The themed decor of the hotel felt lively, especially around the pools. The sandy beach-style pool was a fun touch for the kids. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though the 40-minute time limit felt rushed. Our room, while spacious, had a few issues. Some furniture looked worn and there were annoying noises from the air conditioning unit. Housekeeping could've been more attentive. we found the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly during our stay. Navigating the dining options was tricky, especially during busy meal times. Finding a place to relax without large crowds was challenging. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some TLC to elevate the experience further.

Great family resort! Loved the beach pool—felt like paradise. Access to the theme parks was super convenient, and the kids adored it!
Some restaurants were closed, and I paid 10 euros to use the gym! Next time, I’ll just lift my snacks instead!

Great for family fun!
The pools were amazing, like a beach vibe. kids loved it. Breakfast buffet was huge and had lots of choices. We walked into Salou for dinner since the in-house restaurant was too busy. Also, keep an eye on the train times to Barcelona, we missed one and it cost us! But overall, such a fab place.

Our stay was refreshing! The room was spacious and offered a cozy atmosphere, with a lovely view of well-maintained gardens. I was particularly impressed with the abundant breakfast options, which catered to various tastes, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pools were fantastic, providing a perfect place for relaxation after long days at the amusement parks.
Occasionally, there were long waits at the restaurant during peak times.

The hotel boasts a fully themed Caribbean atmosphere, complete with multiple swimming pools featuring a sandy beach pool and a cafe at each. The convenience of on-site dining with a 'dine around' option allowed easy access to a variety of meals across the resort.
While the overall design is appealing, the room struck me as slightly dated, with noticeable wear on the furniture and plumbing. The dining experience was frustrating, especially with the strict time slots for meals that felt rushed, and the high prices for drinks made grabbing a quick refreshment a steep endeavor. Also, no shuttle service to local attractions now leaves a long walk in the heat, which might be tough for families, especially those traveling with little ones. Expecting a 4-star standard, the lack of water vending options was unexpected and annoying. It's a mixed bag for sure.

My stay at Portaventura was marked by excellent convenience, with quick access to the amusement parks and comfortable accommodations. The room size was suitable for work and relaxation, and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with a tropical feel. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, making each morning a pleasant start to the day.
Some delays occurred during check-in, and the overall dining experience could be improved with more attentive service.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is a short walk to the theme park, and we loved lounging by the big pools. The kids' pool is perfect for little ones, and there's plenty of space to hang out. The jogging track and sports facilities were nice touches for fun.
We had some confusion during breakfast about our reservation time, which wasn’t communicated well. This made the start of our mornings a bit frustrating, but overall, it didn’t ruin our stay.
